Return Policy 

ICY RICH reserves the right to deny items that do not meet the specified requirements outlined in the return policy.

1. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty.
2. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-return able and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Return Timeframe: Purchases must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Goods received after this point will be accepted at our discretion or will be returned back to the customer.
4. Item Try-On: Care should be taken while trying the items. Items returned should be in a new and unused condition with all ICY RICH tags attached.
