Our refund policy spans a period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging, inclusive of hang tags and labels. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items Exchange Policy:

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we are committed to facilitating an exchange upon presentation of evidence of the damage or defect.

Please be aware that the exchange request will undergo a brief investigation with our production department to ascertain whether the item has a manufacturing defect and has not been tampered with. The following policies apply to all exchanges:

1. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please avoid applying fragrance or any oily substances that may alter the new condition of the product.
2. Adulteration Policy: If products are found to be adulterated in any way, we regret that a return cannot be processed. The item will be sent back, and the return won't be initiated.
